Kaspersky - Installation Instructions

In order for your antivirus program to be installed on your computer without any issues, all other antivirus programs must be uninstalled from the computer. Therefore, only one antivirus software should be installed on your computer.

The installation instructions apply to the following versions:

✔Kaspersky Antivirus
✔Kaspersky Internet Security
✔Kaspersky Total Security

Step 1

Go to our download page and download the software.

Step 2

Right-click on the Start/Windows icon and open the Explorer.

Step 3

Now open the Downloads folder.

Step 4

Run the download file .

Step 5

In the following window, click on Continue.

Step 6

Now check the box to agree to the terms of the contract.

Step 7

Now click on Accept.

Step 8

Now click on Accept.

Step 9

Now click on Install.

Step 10

Now click on Yes to allow changes to be made to your computer.

Step 11

It may happen that the following message appears. This means that there are still some remnants of the Avira antivirus program on the computer. You can check Avira Launcher (generic) and Antivirus and then click on Delete.

Step 12

Wait until the green bar is fully loaded. Please be patient. This may take a few minutes.

Step 13

Now click on Apply.

Step 14

Now click on Finish.

Step 15

Now select Continue.

Step 16

You will now be presented with an overview of the program features. To learn about these, click on Next. If this is not relevant for you, click on Skip.

Step 17

Enter the product key in the field and click on Activate. To avoid typos, we recommend that you copy the product key from the email and then paste.

Step 18

Now click on Skip.

Step 19

Now click on Finish.

Step 20

Now you will see bottom right that the duration has been successfully added.

The antivirus program is now successfully installed and activated.
