The standard activation window for Audials product activation looks as follows:
If the activation key field appears shorter, it indicates that you either had this version of Audials pre-installed or currently have it.
Sometimes an error message appears during activation stating that the key is invalid. However, this error occurs due to the previous installation.
If you have already uninstalled the previous version and the problem persists, we provide you with the following instructions:
Completely remove Audials from your computer. Open the Registry Editor by right-clicking on it and selecting the option "Run as Administrator" (you can find it through the search function). Delete both folders named "RapidSolution" in the registry under the following paths:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\RapidSolution
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RapidSolution After completing these steps, reinstall Audials. In the Audials software, click on the gear icon in the bottom left. Under the "General" section, you will find the option "Enter License" where you can enter and activate your license key.
