To begin the installation of an RDS CAL, you first need to open the Remote Desktop License Manager.
Now right-click on the server name and select Install License from the submenu.
In the next step, skip the homepage by clicking Next and select Complete Product Purchase on the second page, then click Next.
Now enter the product key (there may be more than one) and confirm with Next to complete the installation of the RDS CALs.
