1. Open your activation window and click on "Change Product Key".

3. Now click on "Start" to perform the upgrade.
4. You will now see an error message. After the error message appears, PLEASE RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.
5. After restarting, open the Windows 10 activation window again. Click on "Change Product Key" and paste the activation key you received from us via email to activate your Windows 10 Pro.
Then click on "Activate" to complete the process.
