Upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro

With this guide, you will perform the upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro step by step.

Important Note

Please disconnect your computer's internet connection before starting the upgrade. This is necessary for the upgrade process to be carried out correctly.


Step 1: Open Activation Settings

Open the Windows activation settings and click on “Change Product Key”.


Step 2: Enter Upgrade Key

Enter one of the following generic upgrade keys and then click “Next”.

These keys are for upgrading from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro only and do not represent a final license.


Step 3: Start Upgrade

Click “Start” to begin the upgrade process.

Windows will now make the necessary changes for the Pro version.


Step 4: Restart Computer

A warning message may appear during the process. This is normal.

Make sure to restart your computer afterwards.

After the restart, your system should already be switched to Windows 11 Pro.


Step 5: Enter Final Product Key

Open the activation settings again and click on “Change Product Key”.

Now enter the Windows 11 Pro product key that you received from us via email.

Then click on “Activate”.


Done

Your Windows 11 Pro has now been successfully activated and is available to you with all the features of the Pro version.
