Download does not start or is interrupted
If the download does not start or is interrupted during the process, please first check your internet connection as well as the settings of your firewall or antivirus program.
In some cases, security programs may block or interrupt the download.
Then try starting the download again. It often helps to use a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).
If the problem persists, temporarily disable your antivirus program and try the download again. Remember to enable it afterwards.
