Why do I need to verify my order?

When making your first purchase on account, you may receive an email requesting you to verify your invoice purchase. Our system checks whether the requirements for a purchase on account are met.

This security check is designed to protect both our customers and our shop from misuse and fraud attempts.

Option 1: Online Verification

You will receive a verification link from us via email.

There, a few details will be requested for data matching.

Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation code that you can enter in the designated field to automatically verify your order.

Option 2: Verification via Customer Service

Alternatively, you can contact our customer service. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the verification.

Additional Security Check

To protect all customers, it may be necessary to verify the registered phone number via SMS.

Your phone number will of course be treated confidentially and not published.

After successful verification, your order will be automatically released.
