What should I do if my Product Key does not work?

Problems with Windows 10 Pro

Please first ensure that Windows 10 Pro is actually installed on your device.

If you have purchased a Windows 10 Pro product key but your device is still running Windows 10 Home, you will need to perform the upgrade from Home to Pro first.

After the successful upgrade and a restart of your computer, please enter the product key you received from us again.


Problems with Microsoft Office

If your product key is not accepted during online activation, you can alternatively perform telephone activation.

Click on “Back” in the activation window and then select “Activate by phone”.

Then select your country and call the displayed toll-free number. Follow the instructions of the automated activation service.
