If you encounter problems during the installation or activation of your Office application, there is often already another version of Office on the device.
Important Note
Multiple Office packages must not be installed simultaneously on the same system. Different versions of Office can cause conflicts and prevent both versions from being installed, activated, or used correctly.
Example
You cannot actively use the following Office versions at the same time:
- Office 2010 Professional Plus
- Office 2013 Professional Plus
The same applies to other Office versions.
Recommendation
First, completely uninstall all existing Office versions from your device.
